Chase started his real estate career in 2002. He has over twenty years of experience in sales, marketing, negotiation and business development. Prior to starting Costello Team, Chase worked for Merrell Lynch selling wholesale mortgages to banks and brokers from 2003 to 2008. He comes prepared with a complete knowledge of the transaction from start to finish. When he isn’t closing deals, Chase enjoys spending time with his wife Maria and two daughters, Kaia and Chloe. A few of their favorite things to do is go on hikes, travel, eat out with friends and go to the movies. He absolutely loves watching his girls grow and get connected in their community. Chase is also a huge football fan, and loves a good Mac and Cheese. Yum!
