We worked with Chase both for the purchase of our new home and sale of our current home. What I can say, he’s definitely a pro, no wonder a few of our friends have worked with Chase already. He is positive, friendly, always straight to the point and extremely knowledgeable. Chase helped us find and make the right offer on our new dream home (which is pretty challenging in the new normal of the real estate market), he organized a trendy home staging in order to present our current home the best way, he worked his negotiation magic and was responsive all the time. Chase never pushed us to make a decision, but would always lay out all the facts (honestly, that’s exactly what we needed), and it helped us move forward more confidently in each situation. We were in good hands. Chase is truly fascinated about his job and I think this is one of the keys to his success in the real estate business. Working with Chase has been a breeze and we definitely highly recommend him!

Randy has been FABULOUS to work with. We have so greatly appreciated his guidance and expertise throughout this entire process. We’ve had friends that have been house hunting for over a year, and Randy helped us get a home on our second offer. He was super responsive and always available to answer all of our questions. Noell is a pro! We are just lucky to have had Noell as our real estate agent. We decided to buy a house 3 months ago and had some not so memorable experiences with some random redfin agents. We don’t even remember how we ended up meeting Noell. I think we got tired of the way things were going after looking at numerous listings and decided to check other options and we ran into Noell randomly when we scheduled an appointment for seeing a house through Zillow. There was a time when everything looked so bleak and we lost hope of buying a home in the current house market here. Now we can honestly say that we couldn’t have hoped for anything else other than how everything turned out! Our process of hunting for a house lasted around 3 months. Noell was with us for about two months in the process. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences patiently. She never pushed us into buying a home that we wouldn’t have been remotely unhappy with. She was patient, especially with our kids around during all our visits to listings. We made 4 pretty good offers in the current market and got outbid for other homes. Our 5th offer was the one that got us the house we wanted. We couldn’t have done it without Noell’s knowledge of the current house market and advise. Once our offer was accepted, we entered this mind numbing phase before closing the mortgage. Noell was there through every step in the process supporting us and linking with the listing agent, escrow and our lender to make the process as seamless as possible for us. She was always available with her supporting words to ensure we as first time home buyers did not get overwhelmed with the process. Even after close, She is still constantly helping us out with all our questions about the house by connecting us with the sellers. She has truly gone above and beyond to make sure all out questions are answered. We truly believe we have made a friend in this process and will definitely recommend Noell for all your real estate needs. I don’t think we will look past Noell for any of our future real estate needs.
I reached out to Noell saying I was interested in purchasing in a very popular neighborhood with minimal turn over (right, who isn’t) because of her extensive experience with property in the Issaquah and East Side areas. I was motivated and could wait for something to open up. I had kind of resigned myself to the fact that I may not have an opportunity when she contacted me saying she had a seller and was I still interested. For months Noell had been working behind the scenes watching and checking out leads on my behalf, looking to connect me with that perfect fit. I know unequivocally that without her persistence and personal touch working with the seller, I would not be moving into this fabulous new home. I am excited and feel extremely fortunate to have Noell working on my behalf.

Chase was wonderful to work with in buying my first Seattle home. I was referred to him by an agent in Eastern WA, and started working with him early in the process. I found his team’s website to be a great way to look at properties at my own pace and as they became available. When I found the one I wanted to see, he was able to get us in immediately for a showing. He’s very responsive by phone, email, and text and I’d absolutely work with him again.

We met Noell through Zillow while browsing for a very specific house – location, dimensions, land, etc… It took us nearly 5 years of searching and waiting, but we finally found it. Thanks to Noell, we got our offer in < 24 hours after the posting went live. And because of her guidance, our bid was chosen. The next 35 days flew by, as Noell kept us up to date on everything that was happening, and ensuring we signed all the paperwork as soon as it was ready, blocking any delays. Noell was always responsive, whether through e-mail, text or phone – she was always ready to assist us. And when it came time to get the Keys, Noell was waiting at the Escrow office for them, and then personally delivered them to us at our new house, before taking a bunch of pictures of us. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and support from Noell. We look forward to selling our Condo with her help, next!

When we decided to sell and make a cross-country move, we were overwhelmed with all the details that had to be sorted out. The timing on selling our house was critical, and we needed someone we could trust to get it done. A friend of mine recommended Chase and Maria, saying they worked very hard for them in purchasing their home in a very competitive seller’s market a couple years back. Chase and Maria made me feel very comfortable, listening carefully to what we were trying to accomplish, and sharing the details of the strategy they thought would work best. Our house sold in a difficult market, very quickly, and for a price we were very happy with. They even put us in touch with a partner in our new state, whom they coordinated with to make sure our transition went smoothly; and it did, from staging, to open house, and even a complex contingent-buyer situation. I would absolutely recommend Team Costello.
